Training manager (Real Estate) - Nationwide Middle East Properties Dubai, UAE

Job Description

Develop and implement an in house training strategy
Create and continuously update training material
Prepare and maintain an active training schedule for new and current employees
Collaborate with all sales and leasing staff to identify their issues and assist them to overcome it
Conduct evaluation for every training session and provide feedback to the management line with suggestion for improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of the real estate industry to maximize the effectiveness of the training programs
Conduct training for the new joiners and act as their mentor / coach by providing them all the support, information or material they need to succeed in their mission

Skills

Proven experience as a training manager in the real estate industry is a must
Proven experience in sales
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual or trilingual (Must be perfect English in writing, speaking and reading) to properly convey the information
Ability to engage people in different courses and create an interactive atmosphere
Result oriented and self motivated
