Job Description
As the Recruitment manager you will work as part of a TA team for a rapidly growing property development business based in Dubai, they are recruiting significant numbers this year and you will be part of a number of new exciting projects.

Description
The Key responsibilities will include:
Handling all recruitment activity with in the business and liaising with key internal stakeholders
Through various sourcing techniques, identify, attract and qualify suitable candidates for each client requirement.
Actively headhunting candidates
End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of TA strategy.
Advise hiring managers on the best recruitment strategies.
Participating in huge recruitment projects related to construction recruitment
Periodically lead and/or participate on budgeting the manpower needs and initiatives related to talent acquisition
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
5 years minimum previous experience in a similar role
Familiar with recruitment with in the construction industry
Strong TA/ recruitment background
Excellent communication skills
The ability to liaise strongly with internal stakeholders
A minimum of 3 years in the property industry
