Personal Assistant to the board - EUTG Dubai, UAE
Job Description
Tasks:
- Administration support to the board office in all areas as well as reception
- Cooperation with branches abroad
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing correspondence, current cases as well as contact with our law department and accounting department
- Preparing factsheets, raports, presentations and summaries
- Using our system of work time reporting
- Taking care of all company documentation - records and archive
- Taking care of documents circulation within the company and between partner companies
- Organization and support of meetings within the company as well as another partners/clients
- Arranging calendars of the board members
- Taking care of phonecalls for the board members
- Editing texts in english
- Organization of the meetings and business trips
- Another tasks and assignments from the board to fulfill the office responsibilities and correct office functioning
