Job Description: Offline Sales man

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Offline Sales. This role involves conducting offline research, product promotion, and building relationships with potential cooperative merchants. The ideal candidate will possess a driver's license and be comfortable traveling to different regions for work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive offline research to identify potential cooperative merchants in different regions.
• Visit retail stores, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and services.
• Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective cooperative merchants through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and progress in the CRM system.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, updating product information, and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or B2B environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to different regions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with potential clients.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular office hours, as required.
