As a nail technician in a beauty salon, your primary responsibility is to provide professional nail care services to clients. Your job is to enhance the appearance of clients' nails and ensure their overall satisfaction. 

1. Nail Services: Perform various nail treatments and services, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail polish application. Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer a diverse range of services.
2. Nail Enhancements: Apply artificial nail enhancements such as gel extensions, acrylic overlays, and nail tips. Conduct proper preparation, application, maintenance, and removal of these enhancements while prioritizing the health and safety of clients' natural nails.
3. Nail Design and Art: Create unique and personalized nail art designs based on clients' preferences, occasions, or current trends. Utilize different techniques like freehand painting, airbrushing, and using nail decals or embellishments to enhance the aesthetic appeal of clients' nails.
4. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following strict hygiene protocols and sterilizing tools and equipment after each client. Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe experience for clients.
5. Product Knowledge and Sales: Stay informed about different nail care products, including nail polishes, gels, topcoats, cuticle oils, and other relevant accessories. Recommend and sell retail products to clients to help them maintain their nail health and extend the longevity of their manicures or pedicures.
6. Upselling and Customer Service: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or treatments to clients based on their needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
7. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques, trends, and industry developments by attending workshops, seminars, or continuing education courses. Enhance your skills and knowledge to provide the highest quality of service to clients.
