Description

  • Investigating and diagnosing network problems.
  • Configuration and installation of IT solutions
  • Assisting co-workers across the AMEA region with everyday IT needs
  • Setting up new users and management of security, passwords
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 product suite
  • Moving Infrastructure from premises to cloud
  • Experience working with Microsoft Navision or other ERP desirable but not mandatory
  • Support future transition to Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Liase with the Global IT team and group IT leadership
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Flexibility to make occasional international business trips

  • Degree in computer related field or equivalent certifications
  • 1 year of experience
  • Microsoft Office 365, Azure, MTA, CCENT/Network+ certification(s) desired, ERP (MS Dynamics/Business Central) helpful

  • Familiar with virtualization platforms such as VMWare & Hyper-V
  • Proficient Windows 10 use and diagnostic
  • Basic networking diagnostic
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication of technical issues to users of all technical levels
  • Strong competencies in teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness & flexibility

  • Proficient computer skills – MS Office is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills
