Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
·        Assist the project team in documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types.
·        Assist the project team in producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources.
·        Assist the project team with selection, coordination, and documentation of interior architectural finishes.
·        Assume an assistant role in design presentations in communicating with clients and ensure that format is compatible with office and client standards/requirements
·        Help develop and execute the FF&E direction for the overall project and communicate to the project team
·        Communicate project status to senior FF&E designer on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members, including the operations director
·        Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details
·        Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget
·        Liaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget
·        Working on project ‘fit-outs’ and overseeing the installation of FF&E alongside contractors - involving stays away from home
·        Keep abreast of new trends that may influence FF&E design scheme
