The Unilever U4YOU Graduates Program is an initiative enabling Unilever to build and upskill a strong local talent pool that will support and lead our business growth.  This program is a 24-months full-time development program for which we recruit top-performing graduate talent who will get the chance to work on real business challenges within their own function and across the organization.

So here’s how it works:

  • 24 months full-time program
  • Rotational assignment within your specific function (Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Development, Finance, and HR)
  • Assigned projects to develop & execute.

  • Direct Mentorship and Exposure to Senior Leader,
  • High Levels of Performance and Delivery

Below are several different areas that you would be working in to build your professional expertise, for example:

  • Computer Science
Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Computer Science or any relevant major
  • Fresh Graduates up to 1 year of experience
  • Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen
  • Open for Emirati nationals only
  • Monthly Stipend provided
