Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality.


Position: Customer Service Officer / Receptionist


Job location: Dubai


Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000


Job responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing a warm and friendly greeting.
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations, and billing.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  • Providing information to guests about facilities and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and reviews, and taking action to address any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve guest satisfaction and overall guest experience.

Skills

Job specifications:

  • Good communication in English language.
  • Graduate Fresher (UAE Nationals) who are keen to pursue a career in Hospitality are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in customer service / front office / Admin preferred.
