Job Description

Innovation Factory is an IT firm that focuses on blockchain based solutions. With a rapidly growing team, the company has designed an entire ecosystem to bring everyday users closer to the technological advancement brought about by blockchain tech.

The digital ecosystem comprises of a number of unique digital solutions/utilities that enhance the lifestyle of its users and enables them to tap into web 3.0, NFT and blockchain based projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into content needs
  • Write content that includes but is not limited to: blogs, press releases, whitepapers, manuals, promotional materials, notice boards, video scripts, and social media captions
  • Develop editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms
  • Collaborate with the senior team members to brainstorm successful new site properties and content ideas
  • Write compelling titles that capture the attention of search engine users
  • Regularly monitor an area for improvement and update the content for the website through CMS
  • Assist in developing long-term client plans and digital recommendations, generating suggestions, and creating presentations
  • See projects through the creative cycle, from inception to deployment
  • Coordinate with the design and IT team for content requirements
  • Keep up with the latest trends and news in the blockchain and crypto industry
  • Proofread and edit content as required by the direct manager
  • Assist in developing a content plan for the project
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve the project’s overall content strategy



Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Literature, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of content writing experience
  • Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, NFTs, and Metaverse
  • Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
