BIM Technician - Structures Buro Happold is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Structural BIM Technician to our Structures division in Dubai, UAE. 

This role is suited to an individual that is looking to join our Dubai office with previous practical experience as a Structural BIM Technician.

  Key Duties:

  • Creating Revit models of our design projects, managing the data through to drawing/detail production from Engineers sketches


  • Take responsibility for the model, drawing issues and daily housekeeping in terms of managing our deliverables


  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of production work to agreed project programmes.


  • Able to develop concept ideas into buildable drawing details.


  • Making sure that model and drawing production follows company standards.


  • Develop your career via a supportive but proactive approach to continued learning.


Your Skills & Experience:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power point and Microsoft Outlook


  • Willingness to learn new skills and software.


  • Significant experience in a similar role in the Middle East


  • A keen interest and desire to learn about building design, architecture, and structural engineering.


  • An interest in computer technical drawing skills is considered an advantage.
